Mining modes, how rewards work, and the project vision. Latency is optimised for France thanks to our redundant hosting in Île-de-France.
Our pool is built on the open-source ckpool stack, known for its efficiency and low latency.
To ensure a reliable connection for miners in France, we use a Stratum proxy (ckproxy) hosted at OVH in Île-de-France. The proxy automatically routes miners to one of our two physically separated ckpool servers.
The proxy operates in active/passive mode: all miners are connected to the primary pool as long as it is healthy. If it becomes unavailable, ckproxy instantly switches to the backup pool.
The primary ckpool instance runs on a high-availability Proxmox cluster. It is powered by two Bitcoin Core 28.1 nodes: one public node and one internal backup node. This is our main production environment, designed for maximum uptime.
The backup ckpool runs on another Proxmox server (non-HA) with a containerised Bitcoin Core node. At the moment, this setup is considered a degraded mode and is used only if the primary pool becomes unavailable.
Our goal is to continuously improve this architecture to offer even higher availability, lower latency, and the most reliable mining experience in France.
For those who want to mine alone without maintaining their own node. If you already run a node, this mode won’t bring additional benefits.

Rewards go to a multi-signature wallet held by several members.
No one can act alone. Real-time split is computed as:
[Sum of a user’s share difficulties] / [Total group difficulties]

Born from a group exploring Bitcoin more seriously since 2024, with the idea of heating while mining and ensuring maximum transparency in reward distribution. We build upon the open-source ckpool base and opened our work to the community since summer 2025.
We take no fees: donations and our own miners support the project.
We believe small home mining devices will have a place in many households —
which requires simple, fair and transparent tools.
